Acceptance of terms

By using Quick PDF Sign ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of service

Quick PDF Sign provides a free, browser-based tool for adding electronic signatures to PDF documents. All processing is performed client-side in your browser.

Your documents

You retain full ownership and responsibility for all documents you process using the Service. Quick PDF Sign does not access, store, or transmit your documents. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to sign and distribute any document you process.

Electronic signatures — legal validity

Electronic signatures created with Quick PDF Sign may be legally valid under applicable law (such as ESIGN, UETA, or eIDAS) for many document types. However, we make no warranty regarding the legal validity of signatures for any specific use case. You are responsible for determining whether an electronic signature meets the legal requirements for your specific document and jurisdiction. Some documents require a notarized or wet (physical) signature.

Prohibited uses

  • Forging signatures on documents without authorization
  • Using the Service to sign fraudulent documents
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or misuse the Service

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

Quick PDF Sign shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of documents or legal disputes arising from signed documents.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
