About us

Building the most private PDF signer on the internet

Quick PDF Sign was built out of frustration. Every existing PDF signing tool we tried uploaded our documents to a remote server — even for tools that claimed to be "free" and "private." For personal documents, contracts, and sensitive paperwork, that's unacceptable.

We built Quick PDF Sign with one core principle: your documents never leave your browser. Every byte of PDF processing happens locally using JavaScript and PDF-lib. There is no server receiving your files. There is nothing to breach.

Our mission

Create the fastest, simplest, and most privacy-focused PDF signing tool on the internet. Users should be able to upload a PDF, add signatures, and download the signed document in under 30 seconds — with zero compromise on privacy.

How it works

Quick PDF Sign uses pdf-lib, a pure JavaScript library, to embed signature images into your PDF entirely client-side. Your signature (drawn, typed, or uploaded) is rendered on a canvas element, converted to a PNG, and embedded at the exact position you place it. The result is a standard, compatible PDF file.

Always free

Because processing happens in your browser, we have no server costs to cover for document processing. Quick PDF Sign will always be free. No subscriptions, no watermarks, no rate limits.
