Privacy Policy

Summary

Quick PDF Sign is built on a privacy-first architecture. Your PDF files never leave your device. All PDF processing occurs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. We have no servers that receive, process, or store your documents.

Information we do not collect

• Your PDF files or document content
• Your signatures or signature images
• Account information (we have no accounts)
• Personal identification information

Local storage

Signature presets you save are stored in your browser's localStorage. This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to any server. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Fonts and external resources

We load fonts from Bunny Fonts (bunny.net), a privacy-respecting font CDN that does not log IP addresses. We use pdf.js from a CDN (cdn.jsdelivr.net) for PDF rendering. These are the only external network requests made.

Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies. A theme preference (light/dark mode) is stored in localStorage.

Analytics

We do not currently use analytics tools. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and choose privacy-preserving tools that do not track individuals.

Contact form

If you use our contact form, we collect only your name, email, and message to respond to your inquiry. This information is not shared with third parties.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
